The winner will be announced on Friday 21st April 2023 via private message through our Instagram account https://www.instagram.com/suppliesweb/

Eligibility

Open to UK residents only aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Supplies Web Ltd, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the management of this giveaway
No purchase necessary
The prize is non-transferable.
No substitution or cash equivalent for the prize is permitted.
No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged in transit, regardless of the cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
Those entries not in accordance with the rules will be void and will entitle the Promoter to exclude the entry from the competition; any entry containing false, incomplete or misleading information will be void and will entitle the Promoter to exclude the entry from the competition.

Winner Selection

The 2 winners will be selected from all valid entries in a random draw to be conducted within 4 working days of the closing date.
The winners will be announced on Thursday 20th April 2023 via private message on our Instagram account
For details of the winner please email kirstie.allen@suppliesweb.com within four weeks of the closing date (14th April 2023)
Winners will be notified in writing by ourselves or our partner using the Instagram account submitted to enter the draw within 4 days of the draw date. The winner must then confirm acknowledgement by direct Instagram message or email within 5 days or they will lose their entitlement to the prize.
If we are unable to get a response from the winner within 5 days we reserve the right to re-draw the prize(s)

Limitation of liability

Supplies Web Ltd may disallow entries, refuse to award any prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant’s fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these terms and conditions.

No cash or other alternative to the stated prize is available, except in the event of unforeseen circumstances the stated prize is no longer available; Supplies Web Ltd reserves the right to provide a similar prize or a prize of equal or greater value.

Entrants agree that by entering a prize draw their personal details may be stored and otherwise processed by Supplies Web Ltd for the purposes of administering the prize draw. Please read our privacy policy carefully to understand how we may use your data and what your rights are.

Supplies Web Ltd reserves the right to suspend / terminate any prize draw at any time if it has reasonable grounds for doing so, which may include without limitation a prize draw (or the website on which it is presented) being subject to, or affected by, any denial-of service (DOS) attacks, bugs, viruses or any other technologically harmful material or act of hacking by a third party, or in the event of any wilful attempt to breach these terms and conditions.
