Do you just do Office Supplies?

No, Office Supplies is just one of many areas that we supply. We can supply most products and services within the office environment, Please contact your Account manager for further information?

Can you source additional items that are not on the website?

Absolutely! Please feel free to contact one of our experienced customer services staff on enquiries@suppliesweb.com who can help to source the product for you. We have an extensive supply chain that can source all kinds of products for you.

Do you offer credit accounts for clients?

Yes we do, Please contact our accounts department on accounts@suppliesweb.com to see if you would be eligible.

Do you offer volume discounts on large orders?

Some items on the website will show quantity breaks online, however we are always willing to work out a further discount on larger orders where possible. Please contact a member of the customer services team on enquiries@suppliesweb.com with your requirements and we will be happy to help you.

If I am unsure about which item to buy, can you offer product advice?

That’s why we are here! We are the experts, So if you feel unsure please contact us and we will be happy to offer a wide range of product advice and support.

Can you offer any reporting on my annual spend?

We can offer all manner of reports on your spending patterns with us. If you have a specific requirement that cannot be met from the website please contact us and we will do our best to complete your request.

How do I cancel an order?

Once you have placed the order with us we are unable to cancel it unless you are able to contact us immediately on 0844 335 8845 to see if we can stop the order going through.
If we cannot catch it before it is processed you may be liable to a collection and 15% administration charge based on the value of the order.

Is there a minimum order value?

We do not have a minimum order value. However we encourage customers to order over £50 at a time to benefit from FREE delivery!

When will my order arrive?

Typically any order processed before 5.30pm will be delivered next working day subject to stock availability. Should an item be out of stock we will contact you to inform you of an estimated delivery date, or where appropriate offer a suitable alternative.

Notable exceptions to this are furniture, seating, safes and larger business machines. If you are unsure before placing your order please feel free to contact us directly.

Part of my order is missing, how do I claim the missing goods?

Shortages must be reported within 2 working days. If we are notified later than this it may restrict our ability to offer a full refund or return.

The wrong goods have been delivered, how do I arrange collection and re-delivery?

In the unlikely event that the goods delivered do not match your original order please notify us within 2 working days. Failure to do this is may restrict our ability to offer a full refund or return.

Upon notification within the 2-working day period we will arrange for free collection of the incorrectly delivered goods and then re-deliver the correct goods as soon as possible. The collection is however at our discretion.

What times are your customer services open?

Our customer services lines are open from 9.00am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. If you need to contact us outside these hours please e-mail us at enquiries@suppliesweb.com or 0844 335 8845.

When is the cut off for next day delivery?

5.30pm, however there can be occasions when we can push an order through later than this, So if the goods are urgent please contact our customer services team.

Can I have a timed delivery slot?

We can offer a pre 10.00am or pre 12.00pm delivery time at an additional cost. This can be selected when processing your order.

Outside of this we do not offer delivery slots throughout the day.
